The UK’s biggest cinema screen in the BFI IMAX in London’s Waterloo, has been forced to close its doors as Tommy Robinson’s protest floods the streets.

In a statement uploaded to social media, the official BFI account wrote: ‘We’re very sorry to say that due to exceptionally high crowds around Waterloo, BFI IMAX will close for the rest of the day.

‘Screenings of Demon Slayer and Alien cannot go ahead. Tickets will be refunded automatically and bookers will be emailed. Please don’t travel to the venue.’
