A decade of fairness: The case for keeping PA’s Supreme Court intact

In 2015, retirements of Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justices meant that there were three openings on the state’s top court. This was highly unusual and both parties saw it as an opportunity to elect judges to reflect their points of view. For Democrats it was particularly important since the Supreme Court had the final say on redistricting plans.
