Hamilton police say officers seized weapons, drugs and a 3D printer believed to be used to make gun parts in a recent raid on a home.

Police said in a media release that officers searched a Central Mountain home on Sept. 10 as part of a joint investigation with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) into the unauthorized possession of prohibited weapons.

As a result of the search, police arrested two people — one from Hamilton and the other from Port Dover. Both are facing several charges, including drug-related offences as well as those related to possession of counterfeit money.
