CINCINNATI —

Cincinnati police say that two people have been hospitalized after a shooting in North Avondale.

The shooting occurred at an apartment building on Greenwood Avenue at approximately 12:50 a.m. on Saturday. Advertisement

Both victims were described as Black men in their 20's. One was listed by police as being 23, while the other was said to be 27.

According to police, both were transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Police did not go into significant detail about the victims' injuries, only saying that one went into surgery upon arrival at the hospital, while the other was listed as being in stable condition.

No information about a possible suspect in the case was immediately released by police. Additional information about the victims was also not release
