Vivian Wilson is making a statement on the runway.

The daughter of Elon Musk and Justine Wilson made her New York Fashion Week debut in Alexis Bittar ’s Spring-Summer 2026 runway show at New York City’s Abrons Theater.

For the Sept. 12 presentation, Vivian—who came out as transgender at age 16 and sought gender-affirming treatment—donned a sparkling red dress with short, ruffled sleeves and a sash that read, “Miss South Carolina.”

And following the event, the Brooklyn-based designer expressed just how much the theme, “MISS USA 1991: a Dream Sequence,” meant to her.
