LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Two people have been shot in the Buechel neighborhood Saturday morning.

According to LMPD, St. Matthews police notified them of two adults walked in to Baptist East in St. Matthews suffering gunshot wounds at 3:40 a.m.

After investigation, LMPD officers learned that the two adults were most likely shot in the 4300 block of Kranet Way near Norfolk Park around 3:10 a.m.

Both individuals are expected to survive, LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting unit is handling the investigation.
