LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Algonquin Park was filled with the sounds of family and teammates together, remembering five-year-old, Elious Rayne.

They gathered to celebrate the live and find comfort in the death of the child. Rayne died in September 3 after being in the hospital in critical condition.

"I'm in this park almost every single day and to not see him anymore, that really has bothered me," said councilmember for the district, Tammy Hawkins.
