1 shot in Pleasant Grove after altercation between neighbors, police say

PLEASANT GROVE, Ala. ( WBRC ) - The Pleasant Grove Police Department is investigating a shooting Saturday afternoon.

Pleasant Grove Police Chief Daniel Reid said the shooting happened in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue S.

Chief Reid says the shooting occurred due to an altercation between neighbors.

The suspect is in custody, according to Chief Reid.

The victim reportedly appears to be in stable condition.
