NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The North Charleston Police Department is investigating a reported shooting at an apartment complex Saturday afternoon.

Officers responded to a disturbance of shots fired in the 7800 block of Roxboro Road at 5:15 p.m. Upon arrival, they found a victim shot inside an apartment.

Police are urging the public to avoid the area for the time being.
