An at-risk 74-year-old woman whom authorities said suffers from dementia and went missing from the Harvard Park neighborhood of South Los Angeles was located Saturday.

Juana Moore was previously last seen Wednesday at 3 a.m. on the 1400 block of 61st Street and Normandie Avenue, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau stated.

Authorities did not provide details about where or how Moore was located.
