Met Police promise after huge crowds at Tommy Robinson London protest
Police are combing through information after protests in London with a view to hunting down more troublemakers. The Met say their "post-event investigation has already begun" – and say they are "identifying those who were involved in the disorder" who "can expect to face robust police action in the coming days and weeks.”
It comes after at least 25 people were arrested and 26 police officers were injured – including four who were seriously hurt – at Tommy Robinson’s “Unite the Kingdom” protest, the Metropolitan Police said.
