One week after Gov. Kevin Stitt ordered state troopers to clear homeless encampments in Tulsa and arrest the people living in them or drive them to treatment or housing, officials say they have made no arrests and have transported only one person to treatment.

The campaign is instead forcing people without permanent housing to try to find a new place to live, said Beth Edwards Svetlic, assistant executive director at Youth Services of Tulsa. Her group helps young people who are homeless.
