(CNN) — Peter Mutabazi spotted his target one evening as the man walked through a crowded marketplace.
The man was alone and smartly dressed in a button-down shirt, khaki pants and professorial eyeglasses. He sauntered through the food stalls, oblivious to Mutabazi getting closer with each step.
This guy doesn’t have a clue , Mutabazi, then 15, thought as he closed in on the man. Not once did he check over his shoulder or put his hand to his wallet to make sure it was there. Easy marks like this don’t come along very often .
