QUEENSBURY — The will return for its 52nd year, with opening ceremonies set for Thursday, Sept. 18, at Crandall Park before events shift to Warren County Airport for Friday through Sunday, Sept. 19-21.

Opening day will feature both an evening launch and a moonglow. Events kick off 4 p.m. in Crandall Park at 600 Glen St. with live music and children's activities. Balloons will take flight at 5:30, with the balloon moonglow slated for roughly 7:45 p.m.
