CLEVELAND,Ohio-- Civil discourse dying could already be seen and heard at Town Halls nationally and locally before becoming literally lethal with the assassination of Charlie Kirk, father of two, who worked as a conservative activist and podcaster.

August 20, The City Club of Cleveland hosted “a conversation” with Ohio’s U.S. Senator Bernie Moreno that turned contentious with some in the audience who had to be admonished by interviewer Henry Gomez, City Club President Dan Moulthrop and City Club Board President Mark Ross to temper down their tone and hush heckling.

Protestors had stood outside and sat inside The City Club often interrupting the Gomez-Moreno interview with outbursts and table banging. Senator Moreno maintained his composure in contrast.
