BALTIMORE — Browns kicker returner and wide receiver DeAndre Carter left Sunday’s game in Baltimore during the first quarter and was evaluated for a concussion.
Carter was ruled out of the game.
Carter returned the opening kickoff of the game and was hit by Ravens running back Rasheen Ali.
Ali was also ruled out of the game with a concussion.
