Ricky Hatton's Dancing On Ice partner has shared the final text messages sent between the pair before his devastating death.

The sporting and entertainment worlds are mourning the death of the boxing legend after the news broke that he had been found dead at his home in Hyde, Greater Manchester on Sunday (September 14).

The fighter, who claimed multiple world championships in the light-welterweight division and one at welterweight, was 46 years old.

During 2024, Ricky was paired with Canadian professional skater Robin Johnstone when they took part in ITV's Dancing On Ice.

Although the duo's stint on the programme was brief - becoming the first pair eliminated from the sixteenth series - they developed a strong bond, reports the Mirror .
