A new series 9 liquor store license is being sought for Circle K Store No. 9577, a Mesa convenience store.

The Mesa City Council at a meeting at 5:45 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22, at 20 E. Main St., is slated to make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control for Circle K Stores Inc., 10744 E. Elliot Road.

The existing series 10 beer and wine store license held by Circle K Stores Inc. will revert to the state.
