ATLANTA — The Atlanta Dream are set to begin their run in the WNBA Playoffs on Sunday coming off the best regular season in the franchise's history.
The Dream went 30-14, claiming the best record in the Eastern Conference and the third overall seed in the playoffs. The win total was a franchise record, and the Dream's .682 winning percentage this season also beat the 2018 team's .676 mark.
That year, the Dream had the best record in the East at 23-11 and were within one win of going to the WNBA Finals. This year, they'll try to do that one win better, starting with a first-round series against the Indiana Fever.
