TUSCOLA COUNTY, MI – State police are investigating an altercation that sent two women to the hospital with gunshot wounds.
A shooting was reported around 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, at a home in the 4400 block of O’Brien Road in Vassar Township.
Michigan State Police said a 25-year-old woman and a 46-year-old woman were shot during an altercation involving the homeowners and an acquaintance.
Details about the altercation were not immediately available.
Both women were taken to an area hospital for treatment. Their injuries are not considered life-threatening.
It’s unclear whether any arrests were made as the investigation continues.
