Chase Sui Wonders is ready to slay her next TV role.

The Studio star—who walked the 2025 Emmys red carpet in a black off-the-shoulder Thom Browne gown—is set to star alongside Sarah Michelle Gellar in Hulu’s upcoming Buffy the Vampire Slayer reboot, and she had only high praise for her costar’s reprisal of the iconic small screen heroine.

“Sarah Michelle Gellar is such an icon,” Chase exclusively told Live From E!: 2025 Emmys host Zuri Hall at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles Sept. 14. “She's back and she's really deep in the weeds.”

The 29-year-old also noted that Sarah isn’t the only power player involved in the highly-anticipated sequel series.
