The Upper level low continues to spin over northern Florida, very slowly creeping towards the northeast. Dry air continues to funnel southward from an upper low that’s been stuck over the northern border of Florida and Georgia for the last few days. The west side of this feature, and the counter-clockwise turning we observe in the winds, is just throwing cooler, drier continental air into our midst.
