Mike Vrabel is a former player with a knack for connecting with his team and the Patriots made sure to find some fun with him Sunday.
Vrabel brought the energy when Antonio Gibson scored on a 90-yard kickoff return touchdown moments after the Miami Dolphins gashed New England with Malik Washington's 76-yard touchdown. The Patriots head coach sprinted down the sideline as Gibson answered the call in an eventual 33-27 win, the team's first in Miami since 2019.
Several Patriots saw Vrabel's energy and made sure to jab at their head coach, who turned 50 during training camp after three Super Bowl titles as a player.
