SAINTS POSTGAME NOTES

New Orleans moves to 0-2 in the regular season after the 26-21 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. The Black and Gold go on the road for the first time in the regular season, going to Seattle to face the Seahawks next Sunday at 3:05 CT in a contest regionally televised on CBS (WWL 4 locally).

Defensively, New Orleans held San Francisco to 77 yards rushing on 26 carries (2.0 avg.).

Quarterback Spencer Rattler went 25-for-34 (career-high 73.5 pct.) for 206 yards, threw a career-high three touchdown passes and recorded a 118.1 passer rating. This was his first time throwing multiple touchdowns in a game in his career. He also rushed four times for 14 yards.
