Hannah Einbinder, who won Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy for her role as the put-upon Gen-Z writer Ava Daniels, confirmed the news on the 2025 Emmy Awards red carpet. “We’re going to start filming next week, and knowing it’s the last season is really bittersweet,” she told E!’s Heather McMahan. “But I think it’s right, you know? I think it’s nice to do something as many times as it should be done. Not overstay your welcome.”
