The Bengals could be without Joe Burrow for at least three months.

The fear is that the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback suffered a Grade 3 turf toe injury, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport . The injury would require surgery and could sideline Burrow for at least three months.

Rapoport called surgery Burrow’s “ likely option ," but he will seek a second opinon.

The injury occurred in the second quarter of the Bengals’ eventual 31-27 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars when Burrow was sacked.

He eventually made his way to the blue medical tent before going back to the locker room with assistance. Burrow had a visible limp as he walked with personnel on either side of him .
