The good news for the Cincinnati Bengals is they were able to earn a thrilling, last-second 31-27 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday afternoon to improve to 2-0 and take over sole possession of first place in the AFC North. It was, however, an extremely costly win.

Starting quarterback Joe Burrow exited the game in the first half with a toe injury and did not return. Even worse, he was seen leaving the stadium on crutches and in a walking boot while head coach Zac Taylor had no immediate update on Burrow's status.
