OAK GROVE, Mo. - The Oak Grove Police Department has issued a SILVER Advisory for a missing 84-year-old man.

Floyd S. Vogan was last seen on Sunday near F Highway in Oak Grove around 9 a.m.

He is a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 200 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. His clothing is unknown. Vogan has a long white beard and long fingernails. According to police, he has an unkempt appearance.

Vogan dropped his wife off at church and hasn't returned to pick her up. He is known to be armed.

The vehicle he was using is a silver 2016 Ford Mustang with a license plate number of TE2P7B. The vehicle was last seen on westbound Hwy 60 near Farm Road in Ash Grove, Missouri at 3:44 p.m.
