Beyoncé decided to skip the 2025 Emmy Awards.

Beyoncé was nominated for Outstanding Variety Special (Live) for Netflix's Beyoncé Bowl.

The category included The Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show Starring Kendrick Lamar, The Oscars, SNL50: The Anniversary Special, and SNL50: The Homecoming Concert.

Despite being up for an award (and getting shoutouts from both host Nate Bargatze and presenter Tina Fey during the ceremony), Beyoncé was a no-show at the 2025 Emmy Awards. Of course, considering Bey has never attended an Emmys ceremony despite previous nominations, this wasn't all that much of a surprise. She's a busy lady, after all!
