Dear Vicki: ‘My company is in Cork but most of my customers are in Dublin. Is it time to move?’

Q I run an SME in Cork that distributes off-the-shelf and custom giftware products. Most of our customers are in Leinster, particularly around Dublin.
I realise there is already a massive concentration of business around Dublin, and a need for regional development, yet I feel we need to open a second warehouse in the capital city in order to better serve our largest customer base.
