ATLANTA — Major Atlanta employers have suspended or fired employees for sharing inappropriate comments online after Charlie Kirk's assassination, including Delta and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta .
A civil rights litigator out of Dunwoody said when it comes to free speech and the workplace, there are limits on what you can say and do.
"I get a lot of phone calls, 'Hey this violates my first amendment right!'' civil rights attorney Larry Pankey said. "I go, 'Well, that's an easy one. You have no rights.'"
Pankey explained there are differences between private sector and public sector jobs in regards to free speech.
