Presenter Vernon Kay has described how he felt after he got his A-Level results and his mother cried as a result.
The television personality, 51, has spoken about his educational struggles in the past and this strengthened his resolve to do well in life.
However, he has also said that no matter what happens that people do find their way eventually, giving hope to others who have fallen or failed.
He told The Sun that he was fortunate this his parents had instilled in him a good work ethic that has seen him grind through all manner of jobs.
