A developing coastal low will bring increasing rain chances and winds to New Jersey on Tuesday and Wednesday, with potential for scattered showers and breezy conditions along the Shore.

“Conditions stay dry through the day Monday before chances for rain increase heading into midweek,” the National Weather Service said.
