An Adelaide man who was due in court over a massage parlour siege has been arrested after a separate stand-off at a city strip club.
9News has obtained exclusive vision from the city venue, where the accused allegedly smashed a door, hurled a brick at a police car and refused to get down from a roof.
Police were called to the venue, Pole Position on Pirie Street, at approximately 6pm last night, with up to 15 officers responding.
"He put up a hell of a fight, I reckon there were about five policemen in the rear of the building here before they held him down," one witness said.
The 43-year-old man, identified as Peter Towsti, is accused of causing extensive damage to the property, which had its beer garden trashed, with glass bottles scattered throughout the area and a rear door smashed
