Publix is opening nine new stores in September 2025.

Opening in Florida are stores in Fort Myers, Orlando and Coral Gables.

While some stores are new to an area, some are remodels.

Publix is opening several new grocery stores in September, including three in Florida.

Years in the making, one of the new stores opened last week in The grocery store had been closed since June 2014 for the remodel, which includes a second floor eating area for customers.

Six of the new stores will open between Sept. 13 and Sept. 25, including two in Florida.
