25 men who gave their lives during the Vietnam War were honored Sunday morning at the South Boston Vietnam Memorial.

City leaders and community members rededicated one of the country’s first formal memorials for Vietnam veterans.

This year’s event included veterans of the South Vietnam Army for the first time.
