Senator Adam Schiff’s newly released report, PROPAGANDA , reveals a disturbing pattern of federal contracts used to finance massive political banners glorifying President Donald Trump. A review of contracting databases uncovered that, over just four months, three major federal agencies — the Departments of Agriculture, Labor, and Health and Human Services (HHS) — have spent taxpayer dollars on banners that serve no public purpose other than self-promotion and political messaging.

The contracts, costing at least $50,000 so far, include enormous Trump portraits and campaign-style slogans.
