A teenager was briefly detained in in Milford by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents on Friday afternoon, according to the Milford Police Department.

The detainment took place on Main Street in a car stopped by ICE but the teenager was released, with ICE agents not taking him when they left, according to Milford Police department spokesperson Jason Covino.

The department released video footage showing the ICE operation as it unfolded.

During the first four minutes of the footage, ICE agents can be seen conducting a traffic stop on Main Street. The traffic stop, which involved a white Sedan, took place at 4:38 p.m., according to Covino.
