NO COOPERATION FROM THE SUSPECT
More than a thousand people were at the park on Sunday for a vigil for Kirk after he was killed last Wednesday. Kirk died after he was struck by a bullet while speaking at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah on September 10 during his "American Comeback Tour." The 22-year-old shooting suspect, Tyler Robinson is apparently not cooperating with police.
