PARKERSBURG, W.Va. — Two Wood County students face criminal charges of allegedly making threats to Parkersburg High School.

Wood County Schools released information of the arrest of the two after they became aware of the threats late Saturday evening, September 13th. The Wood County Sheriff’s Department was notified and was able to locate the two students believed responsible for the threats. They were placed them in custody on Sunday, September 14.

Officials say the threat was directed at Parkersburg High School on Monday September 15th

The Wood County Prosecutor was also involved in the arrest and apprehension of the suspect.
