LUBBOCK, Texas -- Texas Tech University has confirmed that a student is "no longer enrolled" after an incident during a memorial for the death of conservative activist and Turning Point USA CEO, Charlie Kirk.

In the video circulating social media, the student was heard saying, in part, "F*** your homie dead, he got shot in the head."

The incident happened on September 12. Texas Tech University released a statement on Monday.
