KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Town Topic receipt left in a stolen vehicle led investigators to identify a driver who led them on a dangerous wrong-way chase.

Cass County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Sunday, Sept. 14, indicate that Dylan S. Lancaster, 28, of Kansas City, has been charged with several felonies as a result.

A probable cause statement filed by the Cass County Sheriff’s Office revealed that around 1:55 p.m. on Sept. 3, the Missouri State Highway Patrol located a stolen vehicle on I-49.
