Race Across the World star Sioned Cray has shared a relationship update with Fin Gough after sharing a "hard" moment on the show.

The young couple from Wales took part in the fifth series of the hit BBC programme earlier this year, which saw five pairs attempting to reach the southernmost point of India after starting at the Great Wall of China.

The participants, devoid of smartphones and bank cards, relied solely on the small budget provided in order to win an impressive £20,000 prize pot.

After a thrilling season, mother and son duo, Caroline and Tom, won the jackpot after becoming the first pair to reach the final checkpoint in Kanniyakumari.

Sisters Elizabeth and Letitia were just 19 minutes behind the winners, followed by Fin and Sioned and brothers Brian and Melvyn.
