Well-known MLB insider Ken Rosenthal is offering up his apologies after a controversial incident over the weekend.

Rosenthal, who serves as an on-field reporter for MLB on FOX, was on the field interviewing Milwaukee Brewers infielder Andruw Monasterio, who, early into the one-on-one, was soaked by teammates as part of a winning celebration on Saturday night.

As Rosenthal went to backpedal out of the way to avoid being drenched himself, he accidentally knocked over a Brewers cameraman, Scott Paulus, who was also on the field to capture the interview.

The incident quickly went viral, with fans noting how displeased Rosenthal seemed. Despite Paulus simply doing his job, the long-time MLB reporter gave him a look of disgust, didn’t help him up, and appeared to be shaking his head while wal
