Loveland police are investigating a suspected arson after someone set a resident’s memorial for slain political commentator Charlie Kirk on fire and threw a rock into their vehicle.
Just before midnight on Sept. 13, officers responded to the 200 block of East 23rd Street, a news release from Loveland police said. The memorial had been set on fire, and a large rock was thrown at the rear window of the resident’s vehicle. The news release said the damage was extensive.
