SALEM, Ore. (KOIN) -- Coria Estates is in the middle of its grape harvest, with wine bottling still months away. But owner Janice Coria said the looming threat of tariffs is making them “anxious”.

The biggest challenge, she said, is they are not exactly sure how tariffs will affect their costs. With foreign glass and barrels a necessity, Coria said they have to keep their options open.

“You know, there's also something to be said about buying in bulk,” she said. "If you have enough cash flow and ability to do that, that's great for people to be able to do that. When you are small, it's a hard thing to do to save yourself that much money. So, we weigh it all.”

Coria said as a company they have always prioritized buying local.
