MIAMI, Fla. – A recent report from Realtor.com reveals seven housing markets across the country have turned into a buyer’s market, with Miami leading the pack.

The report highlights an increase in housing supply and price cuts, giving buyers more leverage in these markets.

The housing inventory is up 35 percent compared to the same period last year, making it a favorable time for buyers.

Home prices have seen average highs in Washington and Idaho, according to Zillow. Washington’s average home value is more than $595,000, just 1 percent less than last year. Idaho’s average home value is more than $467,000, marking a 6 percent increase from last year.
