CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A Cleveland man is charged in connection with a shootout that wounded six people earlier this month in the Flats.

Savone Robinson, 21, is charged in Cleveland Municipal Court with discharging a firearm over a public road or highway, felonious assault, tampering with evidence and aggravated riot.

His bond was set at $100,000 at his first court appearance on Monday, and he remains in the Cuyahoga County Jail.

The case was bound over to a Cuyahoga County grand jury that will decide how the case proceeds.

Police say Savone was one of four shooters who opened fire on Sept. 7, when some 40 total bullets were sprayed across the popular entertainment district following the first Browns game of the season.

He is the first person charged in the shooting.
