Final Approval Hearing Held in Class Action Settlement of Almost $50M for Volunteer Baseball Coaches

If approved, the settlement will award $49.25 million to class members who served as volunteer baseball coaches between 2018 to 2023, before the NCAA repealed a bylaw barring Division 1 coaches from receiving compensation in Jan. 2023.
