ALBANY, N.Y. — New York State Governor Kathy Hochul held a press conference Monday with leaders from across New York State to share a joint message against political violence.

Leaders from across the state, including Erie County representatives, were present.

"Incidents of political violence in America are not isolated, and here in New York, we are advancing the critical conversation addressing the disturbing rise of these political attacks," Governor Hochul said.
